Our team has spent 30+ years in production, and we kept seeing the same thing. Bids in one place. Schedules somewhere else. Actuals buried in a spreadsheet nobody quite trusted. By the time you figured out where the margin went, it was already gone.
We didn’t think the industry needed another tool. It needed a better way to connect the whole production. So we built Timmy, not as outsiders trying to fix production, but as producers who had lived it and got tired of waiting for someone else to solve the problem.

Luke knows Timmy inside and out and makes sure every new studio gets set up right. He’s also the person making sure there’s a real human on the other end when you need one.
Jen has spent her career where creativity, business and operations meet. She leads Timmy’s growth and shapes how the company shows up for the creative teams it was built to serve.
